Hey there! Today, I’m dishing out some wisdom straight from the heart—and sharing my favorite tool I’ve been using for years! Picture this: I’m juggling life with 4 fur babies, my son Luca, a family business, wellness coaching, pregnancy, and my husband. But amidst the chaos, I’ve discovered a secret sauce for finding balance and flow in every aspect of my life.

Back in my Nutrition School days (about 10 years ago now – crazy!), buried under piles of textbooks and diving deep into online courses, I was coaching pro-bono at the time and witnessing the transformative changes in my clients’ lives. It was amazing to hear their testimonials and have such an impact but then a lightbulb moment struck me—I needed to prioritize my own well-being too. After all, how could I lead by example if I wasn’t walking the talk?

One day while skimming the Nutrition School resource library for a client, I stumbled upon a gem that would forever change my life: The Wellness Circle. It was like finding the missing puzzle piece to my wellness journey, and from that moment on, I was absolutely hooked.

Now, I make it a point to review my Wellness Circle every season and focus my energy on what areas are needing a refresh.

Here’s how the Wellness Circle has become a staple in my coaching and my own life:

  • Clarity: The Wellness Circle helps me visualize and prioritize different aspects of my life, allowing me to focus my energy where it’s needed most.
  • Balance: By regularly assessing each section, I can ensure that I’m in flow with my own priorities, addressing both my physical and emotional needs.
  • Goal Setting: The Wellness Circle serves as a tool for goal setting, helping me set realistic and achievable objectives in various areas of my life, from nutrition and movement to personal growth and relationships.
  • Self-Reflection: The prompts help me with regular self-reflection, encouraging me to evaluate my progress, celebrate achievements (big and small), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Agency: I feel emboldened to take ownership of my well-being, knowing that I have the resources and support to create a life that aligns with my values and aspirations.
